Answer within 48 hours or 2 working days
An email is sent to you with the name of the ICM practitioner assigned to your case

Initial consultation with the ICM practitioner

Within 7 working days of the initial contact*

Conflict coaching

Within 7 working days of the initial consultation*

Facilitated or mediated conversation

Within 30 working days after the OICM receives the confirmation of participation from both parties*

Group process

Within 45 working days after the OICM receives the confirmation of participation from all the persons involved*
